Good morning, I would like to book a bulb engineer to come in and move the electrical meter outside my property towards the end of February. Can I book this service via this forum and if not, how can I book it? finally, I read that this service is provided free of charge from 2019 as part of a plan to move meter outside properties. Could you please confirm whether this is correct or there is a service fee for this?

If you’re a priority customer and you need to move your pre-payment meter because you’re finding it hard to read or access it, tell your supplier this - they should move it for free.
