Moved and no refund

I am over £400 in credit with Bulb, have switched to People’s Energy and want my money back. How do I get through to Bulb to find out when it is coming?

The normal timescale is that the switch to PE will be 21 days after your application. Your initial reading(s) with PE will be passed to Bulb, who will then send you a final bill and credit any amount due back to you. This can take up to six weeks, but is usually less than that.
As you’re still with Bulb at the moment, and the credit is quite high, maybe someone at Bulb might refund some now. I’d contact them at help@bulb.co.uk or phone 0300 30 30 635.
