Moved home and old account information has disappeared


I just moved home and took my Bulb account with me, but now I can’t see any of my old information or enter my final metre readings online. Anyone know how to see you past statements for an old address?



Hi Scott,

When you close your account you do currently lose access to your previous property’s details. As far as I’m aware this is being worked on by our tech team but I cannot confirm when this function will be added.

We will have emailed you all the statements previously, or just email and we can send you specific ones.
