Moved home - smart meter

Hi
I have moved home this week and have created a bulb account.
I received an email asking for the meter reading, however I have a smart meter and I don’t know how to get the readings from it? I thought with smart meters they were read automatically and sent through to provider?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

if you have smets1 meter you will have to manually submit readlngs

I’ve taken a look at your account and it does look like you have SMETS1 meters. The good news is that these meters are being gradually enrolled on the centralised smart network, so once this happens we’ll start receiving your readings automatically again.

There should be specific instructions for taking readings from your smart meter in the help article @skippy64 provided above! :slightly_smiling_face:
