Moved Home

Hi

I moved home on 19th July and informed Bulb that I would like to carry on with Bulb in the new house. They took all details and said everything will move seamlessly from 30-July, but now my account is closed. I have no way to access the account with the new house number. Cannot talk to anyone on customer service as I am always put on hold for more than 30-40 min.
