Moved house, first payment has gone out but unable to change payment amount/date

Since I moved house I waited for a couple of weeks with not much access to MyBulb whilst I waited to be transferred back over again from the house’s old energy supplier. I’ve now had my first payment taken out (set by Bulb not me) but when I click on Change my payment details it says “You will be able to change your monthly payment amounts and payment date after the switch is complete”. I’d assumed all that had now completed, any idea how much longer I’ll have to wait for this?
