Moved house, no statements

Good day.

Just had a phone call to switch supplier, I wont be switching…

Just thought I would check my account to see me status and It didn’t look right come to realize my last bill was October 2018, That was when I moved home and the address on the account was my old home, I spoke to Bulb on the phone and as for as I can remember, Everything was sorted, You still take money from my bank I just don’t know how to check my statements.

If anyone can help please let me know, or shall I just call them?
