I moved into a property that is already supplied by Bulb. I provided meter readings online along with my contact details, but I’ve received no contact back. I’ve tried to register or log in to an account but I receive no emails from Bulb with regards to credentials or account details. I rang, and was advised to just try logging in to my account - which I don’t have!
At this point I’m thinking it’s easier to just use uSwitch to move supplier in order to have an account with a supplier that I can log in with!!
