Moving home - referral code and smart meters.

Ok purely cheeky first bit. If you have to cancel then resign up to bulb, does that mean someone can refer you again? (Or a different person can?)

The actual reason for my question is this.

We’ve added ourselves to the smart meter waiting list for what will be our new home. Is there a way we can see if we can jump the queue or see if bulb are even installing in our area? When we buy our home we are having new central heating fitted and the house rewired. Makes sense to me to get everything done at that time if we can at all, makes it easier for everyone right?

I just moved in new flat. SSE with smart meter is supplying the electricity only. Q1. Do bulb has faculty for smart meter. Q2. Can anyone send me referrals request
