Hi, I am an existing bulb customer and have moved to a new home supplied by Bulb too. I set up my a new account for my new home using the link on the Bulb moving home page help but when i try to submit my new meter readings I just get redirected to my old flat account details. any ideas what is happening here? thanks

after moving house I still can’t access my account, was with bulb at my old address and switched my new address to bulb but after numerous attempts istill find it impossible to get into my account .am seriously thinking to swap to another supplier

I can see that your account set up was not fully complete which was causing the issue of logging into your account.
I have now sent an email to complete the set up and you should be able to access this. Please let us know if you are still having issues.
