Hi I shall be moving out of my home on Saturday 9th June. The new tenants would like to continue with bulb as an energy provider… how do I process this?
@EmmaMorgan For your current place, all we need is for you to send readings to us on the day you move out, we will then close the account. We will send you a final bill a few days after this.
You can do this on your online account by pressing the “Move Out” button.
