I completed the moving home section, but since then my date of move has changed can’t see anyway to amend that, I’d also like to take Bulb to my new home, can I please call someone to sort this out thanks, there doesn’t seem to be access to a phone number or email address that i can find.

Hi there @sallydust we can indeed correct that address, just email email@example.com or give us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (those are the details from that link of @allanr’s, thanks) and we can move the date. To get Bulb as your supplier in the new property it’ll be a case of switching the new property over as you did when you first changed to Bulb, through our website (or over the phone if you prefer, though that can take a little longer). Just make sure to use the same email and password as you have on your current account.
