Moving home

Hi I’m moving house and trying to take bulb with me but it’s asking me to set up a new account and red enter my bank details etc ? Is there not an easier way?

If you sign up with the same email address and password, it should keep everything under one account - however, you will still need to go through the setup flow as a new customer (don’t forget to record your moving out date for your old property at and select ‘Moving home’ with the lorry next to the address). Bulb may not be able to switch your new home to them until you have taken legal possession (if buying) or your rental agreement starts so you may have a couple of weeks on a ‘deemed contract’ with the current supplier of that property until the switch completes.

TL;DR: No, there isn’t an easier way at the moment.
