Hi I’m moving house next week. I’m already a Bulb customer and would like to remain with Bulb in the new property. As far as I can tell, it looks like I need to close the account I currently have with Bulb and sign up as if I were a new customer. Is that right or is there something I’m missing where I can just keep my existing account set up and just change the supply (and billing) address?
Hey @karen1942 thanks for getting in touch. You’re right, as energy suppliers are attached to properties rather than the member themselves it is a case of closing one and reopening another.
To make things a bit smoother you can do all this in one place on your Bulb Account, by choosing the “moving home” feature in the top right hand corner.
