Moving house, given elec reading can't do the gas

Hi all, We are moving out of our house Tuesday, I filled in the meter reading on our pay as you go meter. The website will not let me do the Gas reading? any ideas please

Hi Daisy thankyou for your reply. We have a pay as you go meter so don’t know how to get a reading. It has button A and B

If it’s a pay as you go meter we don’t need a reading, we’ll just process the move out for you without it. No problem :+1:
