Moving house

Hi there,

probably most common question asked! I have moved house and cancelled my accounts with the 2 previous gas / electric suppliers. The new account with bulb is under the new address (obviously) but they’ll have no record of me at this address- does that matter and will they find me?

As long as you receive their final bill by email I don’t think it will be a problem. If you’ve cancelled those accounts and they’ve sent the final bill by post, that might prove to be an issue :s .

We do recommend of calling the current supplier of the house so they know you have moved in though.
