Hi, i have moved into a new property and want to switch to bulb from the previous supplier. Ive signed up but got an email saying they wouldnt supply the property for 3 weeks! Is this usual? What do i do in the mean time? Pay the old supplier? Do bulb contact the old supplier for me?
Hi @Lydielou, The 3 weeks is the fastest we can switch a property, you will have to pay the previous supplier, but we will let them know you are leaving
