I just moved into a flat. I want to transfer gas/electric to bulb. i filled in and submitted a form that on rereading seems to apply to people moving into a flat that is already connected to Bulb. I’ve received no email acknowledgement. is anything happening. Also, i tried to fill in another form and found that having filled in the personal information section it would continue no further. dead end.
