If you’ve just moved into a new property and bulb is the supplier, all you need to do is head to our moving in section on our website. Here you can let us know about when you moved in and what the meter readings were, and we can get your account up and running!

If you’re moving out of your current property, you can let us know by logging into your bulb account and head to the move out with the little moving truck :slight_smile:
