Moving new account

Hi there I moved and took bulb but my account is only showing my old account and I need to put in meter readings

Best to talk to Bulb directly. You can’t take Bulb with you when moving.

As far as I know your old account finishes when you leave your previous home, you then take over the supply of your new home with whichever energy company supplies it, then initiate a switch to Bulb.

If you are permitted to use your old Bulb login details for your new property, then I imagine Bulb have to do something at their end to update your account.
