Moving out queries

Hi Team,

I am planning moving out to new house on 28th March 2020. I have checked that bulb supplies electricity there.
I will click the move out button and do the necessary steps as directed for movement to new house with Bulb. There are some bulb account credits. Can you please confirm whether the bulb account credit will be transferred to my new account or it will be credited to my present direct debit account and when?

Please, I need a reply from you all this time. Have not received response for my first mail.


Welcome to the community @dibyendu666 We will make your final bill within 14 days of you moving out of your property, as long as the direct debit isn’t cancelled we will automatically refund any excess credit.
