Hi, I’ve recently joined Bulb and my old supplier SSE issued final estimated bills. You provided them with the correct readings again but they have only revised my electricity bill, not my gas bill. They are pursuing me for a large bill that is substantially over-estimated and they keep saying they haven’t received details from Bulb, which I think is incorrect. Help?

We’ve sent over another request for them to amend their last gas reading to be the one you submitted to us. They should receive and accept this within the next 1-2 weeks and send you a final bill. I’ll send you an email to keep you updated on any progress.
