Multiple login for MyBulb


I live in a shared house, my housemate’s email address is registered with Bulb. However, we have a shared password so I can log in and do meter readings, however, when I went tried to get into MyBulb to do so this month I couldn’t log due to the new sign in methods. Can I please suggest that we can have multiple logins for the same account so we can both manage our electricity and gas?

@kylevdm - in case you hadn’t noticed, the passwords are back now! Give us a shout if you have any trouble, but you should now be able to log in fine.
