Have you been submitting regular monthly meter readings? Are have those readings been appearing on your monthly bills? If not then your bills will have been based on estimates, which could explain why you’re being asked to increase your monthly payment.

Looking at my statement the meter readings have not been put on my statement it is just saying estimated but I have been submitting meter reads

My statement states that they have been estimating my gas and electricity

Best contact Bulb customer service then and report the problem.
