Hi, I am new here and not quite sure where to ask my question.
I wanted to switch to bulb, and have an account, but I don’t see any link to submit meter readings, set up payment, or anything of the sort.
This might be because I opened an account, then a day later received a referral from a friend. I emailed Bulb to see whether I can use the referral, so they cancelled my previous account and opened another one with the referral. This may be the source of the problem.
Does anybody have an idea how to solve this? Bulb have not responded to my email since this happened mid November.
