My Bill

I’ve just been sent a statement which states myself and my housemate have used over £270 worth of electricity in a month. This is ridiculous, as with previous provider which was more expensive, we paid quarterly and the most expensive bill was £299 (for three months). Does anyone know why this might be the case?

@GwynnDavies So from the looks of it, the opening reading that was estimated as we did not receive a read from you in time might be too low. Are you able to send over a new reading and I can look at correcting this and sending a new bill?
