My bill


We recently moved to bulb, and had a monthly direct debit of £34 set up. The property the bill is for is empty, nobody living there at the moment. Then we submitted an actual meter reading about two weeks ago, and have received a note to advise we owe a further £26. How can this be, when the heating hasn’t been on and hardly any electric used.

How do I go about getting this checked? I believe you are trying to charge me too much.



@Selbywoods The bill is based upon estimates, if you could get us updated meter readings then that would be great. We can then look at correcting the bill if we have overcharged.
