Does it not show up in your account dashboard in the “Payments & Statements” section.

@Jlm19 Your billing is paused as we are waiting for a response on a dispute that we raised with your previous supplier. I have just spoken with them and the read has now been agreed. We will be able to send you up to date bills over the next week or so.
