Can you explained why my bill is showing as £465.34 for one month?

This is a forum for Bulb customers just like yourself, so no one can answer your question. Perhaps contact Bulb directly via the information in the “Help” pages linked at the top of this page?

At a guess, have you just given a meter reading after not doing so for a while? If you’ve had several months of estimated bills, then they have likely been underestimates, meaning you get a big “catch up” bill once you finally submit an actual reading.

Just wonder if you checked page 2 of your bill (i.e. statement) under Member support?

@Carolanne The bill is based on your actual readings, are you sure that you have submitted them correctly? Could you have a look in the bill and if they are wrong let me know.
