My bill

I’m sorry but there is absolutely no way my bill is nearly £400 in a month!
please check the photo I sent when I joined and the one I sent today. When I entered the reading I noticed the anticipated reading was completely wrong.
I am 64 and I am completely distressed by this.
How can I talk to someone?
