Sorry your question is a little unclear. Are you asking why do you owe £140?

It looks like your usage has been higher than your payments. I can also see that you’re switch ing away from Bulb. Sorry to see you go!

We’ll send your final bill once we’ve received the opening meter readings from your new supplier. This can take up to 6 weeks but is usually a little faster.

If there is an outstanding debit then we’ll let you know. If you’d prefer to pay it off over a longer period of time then no problem. Drop us an email on help@bulb.co.uk or call us on 0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) and we’ll sort that out for you.
