My electric meter has 2 readings but the web page only seems to cater for one
Hi Capita - does your meter have a day and night reading? If so, it sounds like you might be on an Economy 7 meter. I would give Bulb a ring as they may need to amend your details/account information so you can enter two readings. I may be wrong, but just give them a quick call on Monday (very good contact centre and they are easy to get through to - few minutes if that usually). Hope that helps and good luck!
