My electric meter has 2 readings

My electric meter has 2 readings but the web page only seems to cater for one

Hi Capita - does your meter have a day and night reading? If so, it sounds like you might be on an Economy 7 meter. I would give Bulb a ring as they may need to amend your details/account information so you can enter two readings. I may be wrong, but just give them a quick call on Monday (very good contact centre and they are easy to get through to - few minutes if that usually). Hope that helps and good luck! :slight_smile:

@Capita1953 we’re expecting two readings, the website just gets a tad confused on the 1st one for a very small % of economy 7 meters. Can you let me know your two readings, or email me them at help@bulb.co.uk?
