My electric meter

Just tried to send you the electric meter reading but your system shows that we have a dual rate meter fitted this is incorrect as we have a EOn smart meter fitted so I can not send any electric readings

Hi there @Dabber it looks like your meter has been set up (or ‘configured’ as the technical term goes) in two rate mode, and you should be able to get two readings out of it. This page should be able to tell you how to get a reading out of your meter, and if you’re having trouble you could always send a photo of your meter to help@bulb.co.uk and we’ll walk you through it.
