My first manual gas reading I sent in on opening my bulb account said it was a customer reading but 3 weeks later it’s changed to an estimate reading. I’ve since gave new readings but they look off and looks like I’ve been supplying the full town judging by the huge increase in so little time.
I can see you already gave us a call to make sure that we are using the correct readings. Sometimes the readings that we send out to be validated are not accepted (i.e. they compared the reading to their data and it was not in line) and we receive an estimate from them instead. But as you will know, we can dispute this and get in touch with them to correct your readings :).
