My Gas Usage

Hi - Gas usage not being displayed but Electric is - Both have estimated readings , I have updated and it’s marked at Customer read - Why isn’t my gas usage being displayed ?

Usually there is a delay while the readings go through industry validation before the readings are confirmed and shown. If the reading is out from the expected reading based on your usage history, this can increase the delay or prevent them showing at all. If it don’t show after a few days sending a photo of the meter to Bulb can help resolve the issue.
