My IHD is not working

I have had my IHD since MARCH THE 14th it has only worked once. I have emailed you phoned you i can’t get no sense from anybody. it’s nearly 6 MONTHS now theres got to be some one who can help

Very frustrating

There are numerous threads on here regarding the roll out of SMETS2 from Bulb and the problems people are having, unfortunately this is a customer based forum so you are unlikely to get any solution here. You are also unlikely to get much help from Bulb about it either at the moment unfortunately.
