Somehow we got mixed up with our initial bulb meter readings and submitted the night number for both the day and night. Doh!
Now our account looks totally wrong. I can’t easily submit up to date readings as the correct daytime number is way lower than our initial submitted number.
I’ve attached a photo of the meter readings, but was wondering what else I can do to correct it?!
We have another reading from the 25th January which has both which is great. If you could reply back with one more set of readings I can work out what your day reading would’ve been when you joined us and get it changed. This does involve also getting in changed with your old supplier so can take a week or two
