My Meter numbers are incorrect

My Meter serial numbers (MSN) for gas and electricity are incorrect.
I’ve emailed them but had response suggesting they are waiting from USS

Not sure if you had a similar issue - do you know how long this takes to get resolved?

Hi Raj, if you have contacted our customer service team about this we will be chasing this up for you. It can take a few weeks for incorrect meter details to be updated. Please bear with us while we get this sorted for you. Is there is anything else i can do in the meantime please let me know.
