My meter reading are the wrong way round

Since moving to bulb my last supplier Scottish power got my readings the wrong way round for my day and night readings, I have contacted several times, sent photographs of my meter with readings yet bulb are not getting the issue sorted all my readings for nearly a year have been estimated. They just won’t sort it out once and for all I am getting so desperate for a resolution

@William_at_Bulb one for you I think that seems to have fallen through the net for 12 months.
