My old energy supplier Ovo say that they haven’t had my electric meter reading from Bulb. It is now two months. I am in credit them.
@gloria763 Hi Gloria, the electricity and gas readings have now both been approved by the industry regulatory bodies so Ovo should receive those readings shortly. The gas was only approved on the 27th September which I would guess is what was causing the delay. I will give them a call now to make sure they know can chase for this reading from their end.
