My meter readings

Hi there, my meter reading was entered wrong months ago. I’ve since put in new lower readings with photographic evidence but bulb has not lowered my reading or my bill and says I owe over £300! I’ve not used that energy and proved it so why won’t they lower my bill??

I assume fellow customers such as myself don’t have a definitive answer to your query on this Community forum. You really need to ask Bulb direct why the wont lower your bill?
