My meter

I’ve been trying to get hold of you as I think something has gone wrong YET AGAIN with my meter readings.
I have no idea how to give you my electricity readings.
.My main concern and fear is that I think you have changed my meter to a smart meter without my permission I specifically said I do not want one.
Could you please contact me as soon as possible to clear this matter up!

You may not realise you are posting to fellow customers and not Bulb direct. Bulb wil have to respond to your specific concerns,

As an aside why do you think Bulb changed your meter to a smart meter without permission? They either changed your your meter to a smart version or they didn’t regardless if permission was given or not.
