My new card details wont save?

I’ve just topped up again after updating my new card details and they havent been saved…again
What is the problem with your app?

Hi @blutone, I’m sorry you’re having this issue, the details definitely should be saving. Have you been entering these on the Bulb app or on the desktop website?

I use the app…I changed the details last week on top up using the save new card box…but today I had to re enter them again,its not saving?

Are you able to try this on the desktop version? If this still doesn’t work when selecting ‘Save card for future payments’ please let us know.
