My old supplier

Hi, I have just switched but I have had no communication from SSE my old supplier. Can you confirm the switch has correctly taken place? My friend who is switching from n power have received communications. I do not want to be charged twice.

Hey @Sven. Your switched happened on the 20th. It’s unusual for your other supplier not to get in contact. I would suggest double checking the address and meter details. These are shown on your Bulb account. If they are not your details, please let us know - we don’t want to have taken over the wrong supply!

I haven’t got access to Bulb & my previous suppliers emails at the moment but I’m reasonably confident my previous suppliers first contacted me some days after my switch.
