I have just ammended my payment amount and date but it brought up a box that said it had accepted my payment amount but it still said the old payment amount would be taken on 16th march … I don’t understand … surely it’s in time for my next payment
I ammended my payments yesterday and it left a message saying no payment s had been set up, please email them… have done so by still frustrating…!!!
I understand the principal of Pre-payment for your fuel, instead of paying for what you use, then paying for it. Is there a credit limit where you will get an automatic refund or reduction in Direct Debit. E.g. If you credit balance goes over £100 during the winter months, will this kick in or do you have to calculate your payments yourself and reduce it accordly. I asume if you do not receive enough up-front cash you will put it up.
