My smart meter is not generating any statements

I emailed in April and May when i had not received a statement and one was generated .this month i emailed again but was told i would have to telephone customer service .i did this,the lady said she could fix it and would put me on hold. After 45 mins I was disconnected . I emailed the person who helped me before but no reply . How can i get this fixed ?
