My Smart Meter not Topping up my credit

I have topped my smart meter twice and both times its saying my payment is being processed and will be added to meter within 20 minutes. Its been over 6 hours now and I’ve used 2 different payment cards. I’m getting worried now as I’ve nearly ran out of credit.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had when topping up your meter. I have checked your account and it looks like these have now been processed. I’m unsure what caused the delay here, if this issue persists please let me know and I will raise this with our smart pay as you go team.
