How it is possible to know when my smart meter will be installed, if ever? I thought the plan was to roll out around spring and for all bulb customers by mid year. Put my name on the forum for to be interested last December, but still no news.
There is an industrial problem with them which has made the roll out delays. It was covered on the BBC today, it is not a Bulb issue but a national one with all utility companies. Some companies are still installing 1st gen ones knowing all to well they will soon be extinct, but hey targets have to be met.
Hi Alireza, we are waiting on the second generation technology and it has been subject to lots of delays as Scudo says. We are really hoping this will be resolved soon and we can start installing them, unfortunately we can’t give an exact date at the moment.
