My wife died. yet when I log in… it still says Hello Ruth…
I HAD AN ONLINE CHAT WITH A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERSON THAT SAID THEY WOULD CHANGE THIS , THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED, I find it is very distressing to be greeted with “Hello Ruth” when I log into to my account.
I’m so sorry that this wasn’t updated when you got in touch previously. I’m sorry we’ve caused distress in what I appreciate is already a difficult time.
