Oh, come on. @Johno has got in touch, via this thread on your website. Clearly this isn’t something the customer can sort out on their own. You need to do something. Why the need to wait for the customer to report the problem again via a different channel?

You’re customer support. Take some ownership of the problem and do something!

That’s before we even consider why such a bill hasn’t been automatically flagged as a problem, and automatically initiated the process of getting customer support to investigate. You should already be contacting the customer about this, not the other way around. I suppose the user account posting on this community might not be connected to the customer account and so you don’t know for sure who it is. Well, hey, how about just searching the database for the customer that owes Bulb £400k?

I did get in touch 3 days ago.and guess what? It’s still the same.
